The company has particularly won recognition through the creative potential and important actions of our designers, for example, the development of a cost-optimising folding chair for IKEA. In accordance with the strictest requirements according to European standards, a very light, easy-to-store and safe folding chair was developed, which was price-acceptable for everyone.

One of elements of the successful development of the company is the application of frequent experience in the area of the combination of metals with other materials (in particular wood and plastics). The company uses this interdisciplinary knowledge primarily for the demands of the furniture industry.

Our innovation and development potential is based on the implementation of modern sophisticated technologies, which the company considers as key. A good example of our skills is the fully automated production line for the mass series production of folding chairs whose annual capacity is 3 million pieces. The company also possesses high-performance laser technology for the processing of metals. This automated waste-free technology combines the laser cutting of metal sheets and tubes with greater dimensions.

Due to the above-mentioned facts, Kovona System has ambitions to penetrate more intensively into developing industrial areas, in particular the sector of suppliers to the automotive industry.
