Quality Management System
At Kovona System, quality is the most closely monitored parameter, expressing the perfect character of the production process and the rate of client satisfaction. The quality of production is checked by a self-checking system and, in parallel, by independent inspection. The whole-process testing of the quality is a matter of course, i.e. from the input inspection of materials and components, through in-process inspection up to the final and loading inspection.
Client satisfaction is checked by repeated marketing surveys.
The important support of the complex and system character during the creation of the internal enterprise identity of the company is the existence of the Quality Control System on the basis of ISO standards. The Kovona System Company has implemented and certified the Quality Management System according to the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. The management system of the company also includes, in addition to the Quality Management System, the Environmental Management System within the Management System, the Quality Control System, the Environmental Management System and the Management System for the Safety and Protection of Health during Work. All these systems are documented in the Integrated Management System Manual which defines the principles, procedures and measures for activities in all phases of the production cycle.
Certification of the company is ensured by BUREAU VERITAS CZECH REPUBLIC, spol. s r.o. Testing of product conformity with the requirements of the most demanding valid standards is ensured by TÜV NORD Czech, s.r.o.
In many cases, we are certified directly by many of the supranational companies that we deliver to. The requirements for the achievement of these certificates exceed in many cases the framework of ISO standards.
The senior management of the company Kovona System supports company strategic objectives through this Quality Policy:
