Ten years from a company Kovona System establishment passed in June this year. This important jubilee we appreciate as an opportunity for celebrations together with all people who have been taking and are still taking part in creation of our successful corporate history.

“Family day” was the first more important activity realized on 26th June 2010 in Chotěbuz. Many cultural and sport attractions offered extraordinary opportunity for self-realization of children and their parents, our employees.

Following event will be Celebratory Social Evening on 8th October 2010. Moto, “European trip across countries of our customers and partners”, ushers this event to provide you with culturally-gastronomic experience full of national specialties of our important partners countries. You can also look forward to performance of band Charlie Straight, singing saxophonist Andrea Kolmanova, group ABBA Revival, dancing group Kankan or fiddle performance of trio Inflagranti. The event will start at 6 PM.

Considering to next enlargement of factory in Český Těšín, a festive opening of a new production shop followed by banquet and press conference is currently being prepared. This event will be realized on December 2010.

Our company contributed by fianncial subsidy amounting 50 thousands CZK on account of flood gathering for city Karvina. Company also allows to its employees involved by flood utilization of interest-free loan for elimination of flood effects.

Kovona System is going to take part in Hannover Messe 2010 / Industrial Supply trade fair. It provides a springboard for solutions covering a vast array of industrial applications, including everything from materials and manufacturing processes right on up to finished components and products. You are heartily invited to meet us on joint stand of Czech companies in Hall No.3 (Stand E54).

Our company organized a winter hike to cottage Gírová. Despite of unfavorable weather a lot of employees were enjoying this trip. After a long hike up the hill, employees could enjoy a nice view, lunch and other winter pleasures which were prepared for them. Our trip was finished by walking down the hill to Mosty u Jablunkova. We would like to thank all employees for they participation and we will look forward to next social event.

Our company participated in the Job fair KARIÉRA 2010+ that took place on March 9th at VŠB-technical university of Ostrava. This event is hold for last year students and university graduates from our region. They seek their future job opportunities, interships and diploma theses. Over 100 companies from our region participated on fair this year and were adress by at least 5 000 technical and economical students. Students and graduates shown great attention to our company that is why we evaluate our participation as very positive.

ESEF 2010 is the largest and most important exhibition in the Benelux area in the field of supply, subcontracting and engineering. The last edition attracted more than 32,000 visitors. In these hectic times, it is extremely efficient to meet up with your entire network and to meet new contacts in just 4 days. Our company Kovona System will be present on joint stand of Czech companies organized by Czech Trade Agency (Stand No.02.G047).

Our basic range of metal racks was currently enlarged by completely new type of metal rack named Futur. Kit rack Futur allows shelf load capacity variable adjustment from 175 till 420 kg. Metal frame is produced from thin wall open profiles made alternatively from HDG steel sheet or powder painted steel sheet. Shelves are made from quality MDF board. Rack is dedicated for household and industrial use.

Production preparation stage for production of new product, writing desk Klerik, was succesfully finished during the last month of the year 2009. Klerik is designed to meet demanding testing requirements according EN 527. Flat packing of product allows efficient transport to customer. Beech, walnut and cherry table top colours are delivered by default.

On Friday 18th September 2009 the sporty afternoon took place in Český Těšín sport site. Sportmanship was the winner and there was no lack of fun. We thank to all organizers and moderators for excellent prepration of the whole event.

Neither in the middle of summer and holidays we are not dawling and we are introducing new type of boltless rack named FAVORIT. This rack is mainly dedicated for household use in workshops, tool sheds and garages. Its construction allows simple and quick installation. FAVORIT main advantage is favourable price level which is allowed by optimal selection of used materials and unique production technology. Maximal shelf load is 100 kg. Basic dimensions are 150 x 70 x 35 cm (H x W x D). Four shelves are made from chipboard.

Certification of TÜV NORD is geting standard!
Another extension of time availability of TÜV NORD certification is the proof of high quality of our products and industrial processes, which are for Kovona System, a.s. matter of fact.

Organization structure of  Kovona System, a.s. has changed. This change allowed to increase new research and development department. We believe that this department will improve needs of market.

At the day 27.9.2008 was organized day just for children. Our company organized this day in cooperation with foundation Duha Zámeček and trade union occurring Kovona System, a.s. For children of our employees were organized games, children could jump in jumping castle, got presents. During the afternoon was handed over a gift scheque for 10.000 Kc to children from children´s home. Children wil use this money to rebuild their shelter hut Myšinec in Budišovice.

Production capacities for laser cutting of tubes and sheets are offered - including large dimensions. Tubes with diameter 16-225 mm, with length up to 6500 mm, sheets with dimensions up to 3000x1500 mm, steel, stainless, aluminium.

We are offering capacities of powder coating lines. Max. dimensions of input products 6000x2000x500 mm - steel, including preliminary treatment (iron phosphate), 2m/min.

The New Year´s wishes 2008 for our business partners and customers were painted by physically and mentally disabled children from children´s institution Lydie in Cesky Tesin. We wish to all of them mainly a lot of health and love in year 2008 and the same also for next few years.

In October 2007 we were pleased with an award of appraisal in the field of logistic "The best logistics development FY07" from the side of our important client - IKEA company.

At  3th October 2007 new company’s web sites were activated.

As we informed you already earlier, in May 2007 extension of factory building in Cesky Tesin was started (extension of production area by 7800 m2). Constructions works including extension of parking place are almost finalized.  At the present time just small detail’s adjustment are doing. The new premises will be invested with modern production’s technologies for more accurate, faster and superior processing of metal sheets and profiles.
