Cold roll forming of open and closed thin-wall tubes and profiles.

Closed steel profile is roll formed on smaller lines which are primarily dedicated for production of longitudinally welded thin-wall tubes. Lines are equipped by automatic cutting mechanisms, steel profile is cut by flying shears.

Closed steel profile is offered in range of these technological possibilities:
- Possible shapes: round, square, rectangular.
- Material thickness from 0.8 to 1.2 mm.
- Maximal width of input strip till 120 mm.
- Maximal length 3 000 mm.

Open steel profile is roll formed on lines which allow reaching of higher production flexibility from offered range and order size point of view. Orders are usually completed in one week from the binding order; minimal size of one production campaign is 2-3 tons for basic shape steel profile and 5-10 tons for special steel profile.

Open steel profile is offered in range of these technological possibilities:
- L profiles – 15x15 – 70x70 mm (equal angle, unequal angle).
- U profiles – basis 15 – 162 mm, height 15 – 60 mm.
- C profiles – basis 30 – 100 mm, height 20 – 40 mm, borders 7 – 15 mm.
- Material thickness 0.8 – 4.0 mm (C profile up to thickness 2.5 mm).
- Length 1 500 – 12 000 mm, by default 6 000 mm, special lengths by agreement.

Steel profile is generally produced from hot rolled coil of S 235 quality, by agreement from S 355 or from cold rolled coil of DC 01 quality or galvanized strip.
